Welcome to Me, Mentally Managing Menopause

Join us on a journey of discovery, support, and empowerment as we navigate the challenges of menopause together. My blog is dedicated to providing valuable insights, resources, and community for women going through this transformative phase of life. About me

My name is Lyndsey and I am 44. I Live in Wisconsin with my husband, daughter (and her partner), three dogs, two cats, two rats, and a grand-puppy.

Me, Mentally Managing Menopause is a record of my journey of self-discovery as I navigate the struggles of perimenopause.  My support circle is small, and I know there are others out there like me.  I want to be able to make suggestions for supplements, treatments, reading, and exercise that may help woman deal with their body changes over the coming years.  My goal is to create a community where women can come to vent, rage, cry, ask questions, and feel supported through their journey into life beyond self-regulating hormones.
